Landing in NYC on 20th March and wondering what our chances are of the majority of the original cast of MEAN GIRLS still being around - if they have one year contracts is it a year from their first preview (12th March) or opening night (8th April)?

It really can't be predicted. Some cast members will leave, some will stay. I read somewhere (cannot remember where otherwise I'd link it) that Taylor Louderman is probably leaving in January. That's all I have heard.

Contracts start on the first day of previews, not opening night.

Barrett said in Oct 2018 on the talkin sh*t with jimmy schartz podcast (at 18:55 timestamp) that her contract is until April "and then we shall see but I'm loving it right now .. I could definitely see myself staying for longer but we just gotta see how the cookie crumbles"
