Mean girls lottery problems

Is anyone having problems with the lottery? It keeps sending me notifications for entries I didn’t enter and then it doesn’t send me anything about whether I won for ones I did enter. And today I got an email saying I didn’t win for February 18... Iim so confused

Hey there - you totally caught us! We had a typo in today's non-winner e-mails. We caught the bug in our system and it's been rectified for future notification e-mails.

Hey thank you for the quick response! Is there any way I could try to fix my entry problem. I didn’t even enter for tomorrow, and got the message. And then, I entered this past Saturday and didn’t get a message, but got one last Tuesday when I didn’t sign up for it.

To this day, I've never been able to successfully enter the Mean Girls lottery, I always get an error from Lucky Seat. I email them and get no response. Really frustrating.

Yeah this site is still pretty buggy in general. I never received an email for a lottery I entered last week. I figured it would text me if I won, which it didn't so that's fine. Result checker is fine, but it also took forever to find me.

Yeah, I entered for all the performances last week and never got an email either... i’d figured I’d get a text if I had won like in previous lottery results...

Is there also a chance of getting the results checker to list the shows/dates you've entered for? I can never remember haha.

Broadway Direct does this and it is very helpful!

I would love this. The site is just TOO simple for it to not have bugs. Who knew. Lucky Seat the technology exists, so can this happen at some point?

Didn’t they used to show what days you entered the lottery for when you got a confirmation email for entering?
Something Rotten did that, I don’t know if it was lucky seat, but it was the same system where you could enter up to a week in advance...

It must have been a different site because Lucky Seat doesn't do entry confirmation emails, although that technology exists too, and I wish they would do this.

I’ve gotten confirmation emails for entering the Frozen lottery, that’s lucky seat... but never for Mean Girls... it’s so random..

Oh that's weird...come to think of it, I think I might have gotten a confirmation email for Frozen once thus far, but never actually expected it since they say on the page after you enter that you won't get one, so I forgot about it. Yeah this site needs some work still.

Whatever system that Oslo and DEH used was great, it was just as simple to use but way more streamlined and you could see each individual day you entered because you had to have an account to use that site/system, so it was easier to keep track of everything.
