Nikita Burshteyn, 22, just opened as Bobby Strong in ''Urinetown'' at Berkeley Playhouse, and it's just the latest triumph in his 3-year whirlwind of playing young leading men all over the S.F. Bay Area. When he played Judas in ''Jesus Christ Superstar,'' Linda and Nick Hodges of BroadwayWorld.com raved: ''The show should be renamed 'Nikita Burshteyn Superstar.' '' At 19, he starred as Frank Abagnale in the West Coast premiere of ''Catch Me If You Can,'' and it's only a matter of time before he breaks through on Broadway.
