depends on the kind of melon ... UARTS is better than honeydew, but canteloupe is better than both.

Carnegie Mellon has a more established reputation than UArts, but whichever one fits you better is the one you should go to.

i attended the CMU program, but i am a current student at UArts., both programs are great. it's just an issue of 6 weeks vs 4 weeks

and also the uarts program is a lot smaller, so if you're hoping to make contacts with faculty, you may have a better chance in a smaller summer program like uarts
