Just a message to let everyone know that Meredith Braun's debut album 'Someone Else's Story' is officially released today!
Signed copies of the album were made available to Dress Circle last week and is currently their second best selling CD!
The album itself is an eclectic mix of contemporary musical theatre featuring material by Sondheim, Stiles and Drewe, Stephen Schwartz, Andrew Lloyd Webber and others. Herbert Kretzmer was thrilled with Meredith's take on 'China Doll' from 'Marguerite' and said "I enjoyed every moment, and track on 'Someone Else's Story', especially China Doll, my favourite song in Marguerite...."
George Stiles and Don Black have also praised the album.

As an album itself it contains several colours from epic belt numbers (Meadowlark!) to more subtle ballads and operatic material, each keeping within the "story" theme of the album.
On a personal note it's been a real joy working with Meredith the past year on the album, and we hope people will enjoy the recording!
