Merman's Ghost

Posted: 6/21/06 at 2:10pmI've been dying to ask this on the board for a while, so I will. I remember reading that Ethel Merman's ghost haunts The Imperial Theatre. Is this true and can someone elaborate?

"Too late... Dick Tracy's ghost got it all"
Um, as far as I can remember, Dick Tracy wasn't in the movie "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad Word".

I actually feel bad. I don't know the story, but yes, I have heard that, and I'm sorry, jv92, that everyone thinks it's a joke and won't bother being helpful and recounting the legend. Can somebody actually help out and elaborate on the supposed legend (i.e. any weird happenings, etc.)?
I personally/obviously don't believe, but these sort of creepy things are just so dang cool.

Never heard this one, but all of these theatre hauntings are fascinating! I believe Chuck Wagner, or w/e was in Dracula as the standby, is publishing, or has published, a book on this subject.
