Unfortunately this is very often the case and the tourists will continue to flock to Mamma Mia, Wicked and Jersey Boys.

While standing in front of the Barrymore Theatre before Wednesday's matinee of COMPANY, I heard an older gentleman next to me raving endlessly about Mama mia - I have a fair idea how he reacted to Wednesday's show.
