Hey, I posted on this subject about 3 hours ago, and apparently its disappeared. Either that, or I'm too dumb to find it again. Anyway, I'm new to the board and was wondering if anyone knew of a way I could hear a recording of Michael Arden's "N&R?" Ever since I saw him in Bare, I can't get enough of Michael. I think he's about the best thing since sliced bread. So I'd really appriciate it if anyone could help me out.
Thanks so much!

Pst, go see him in "Swimming in the Shallows." It closes Sunday, but he's fantastic!

I REALLY wish I could. I want to see it very badly, however I don't live close to the city...

Posted: 7/11/05 at 9:28pmI can't even talk about Swimming... It makes me very sad that I'm 2500 miles away. I have to live vicariously through friends.

Posted: 7/11/05 at 9:32pmI'm not sure if I missed something or what. I thought "Swimming" was a bit pretentious. And as much as I like Arden's voice, this acting role definitely isn't a stretch for him as he's basically playing himself. The direction and the set design was great though.

unfortunately, unless someone bootleged from one of the BARE concerts at Joe's pub or another live performance, I don't believe there is a recording of this great song.
Sometimes someone is such a good actor it seems he is playing himself, but he is acting and doing it very well thank you!

Michael plays a Boy in love with a shark, Hello?
"Swimming" is a wonderful play about Love and Friendships, it has received almost Great reviews across the board, with one of the most talented casts in NYC right now.
And You can read about the talented writer Adam Bock in last Fridays New York Times.

Arden plays a guy who sleeps around and can't commit in relationships.
There was nothing dumb about my comment.

wow, thats a strong opinion that is most likley unfounded and even if its not its ummm none of our buisness. I think "dumb" refers to the spreading of nasty comments about people!
as for N&R my totally unbiast opinion is it rocks!!!! hehe I do enjoy his Easter Rising stuff abit more though!
