Michael Ball - Les Mis

I don't know if this has been posted elsewhere but I caught some snatches of the 'Les Mis' concert at Windsor the other night on BBC. I knew Bally was playing Valjean in the concert but I only saw a snatch of his performance. I really didn't recognise him to begin with in the full costume/beard etc. and I have to say that vocally he was fantastic. He convinced me that he definitely should do this role in the theatre now.

I saw that program as well, and I thought he sounded very powerful as Jean Valjean. Hopefully, one of these days... but with John Owen Jones going into the role in London in June, MB won't be in it any time soon.

A video copy would only work in the U.S. if you own a multi system vcr.
