I saw the first preview - I really liked her Sally, very different from the many I've seen, but didn't love her....has her performance evolved or changed much from early performances?

I saw a preview and returned to see the show again this month. I really liked Michelle Williams the first time around, although I did notice that she was a bit shaky in her first few songs. She came off as a bit shy, really. Those numbers are performed with much more confidence now. I still have nothing but praise for her rendition of Cabaret; it's beautifully heartbreaking. I can't really explain it, but her Sally somehow seems a little less naive than how I remembered her during previews.

Her Cabaret was stunningly heartbreaking at the first.

Might have to pop back in to see the the growth (lord knows saw the original way too many times - Natasha 2x [perfection], Linda, Jennifer Jason, Mary McC [a fav], Susan [amazing], Leah, Joely, Molly, Brooke, Jane, Andrea McArdle [least fav], Teri, Kate, Debbie Gibson, Gina Gershon [my fav]

Right? Why not call this thread "Michelle Williams Dead," because that's going to happen at some unnamed time in the future, too.
