Not really much news here....was passing by today and saw that the complete original cast (save for ensemble) is gone.
I noticed Jeffrey Kuhn is now Lancelot. He was out today and Chris Hoch (who is no longer with the company) was on. I didn't think of Kuhn as much of a Lancelot type...
wait... Jeffrey Kuhn? that's interesting casting...

I believe it's Lancelot....It's either Lancelot or Galahad....whoever Chris Hoch played in the past.
Hoch did indeed play Lancelot, but Jeffrey Kuhn in the role? I can't see it at all.
But this doesn't answer the title of the post. Who is currently playing Patsy? Also, who are the male stand-bys, as Anthony Holds was recently playing Galahad on tour.

Hoch was on today but he is no longer in the show?
Is Steve Rosen still in the show or is he gone now too?

Rosen is gone. Jeff Datillo replaced him.
Hoch was indeed on today but is not listed on the cast board.

Kuhn? When I saw the show, Rick Holmes was Lancelot. Didn't Hoch leave?
And to think, a little over a week ago, I said to Michael at the stage door, "I think it's amazing that you've been in the show this long!" He laughed and said he thought it was amazing too. And now he's gone. : He will be missed.

I could be wrong, it's very possible.
Hoch played Kuhn's part today. Since I didn't see the show, I can't say who Kuhn plays, but Hoch's name isn't listed on the board or any of the outside displays. Knowing he played Lancelot, that's what I automatically assumed.
OK I am so confused. i got that Michael McGrath has left the show, so sad. But, when and why did Chris Hoch leave? I feel like he just started.

If anything, I'd think Jeffrey would be replacing Michael, since he just left.
I just remembered that I saw Jeffrey go in the Shubert stage door actually, on January 13th. I had no idea what he was doing there...now I do, then, haha.
I think that makes more sense. That Jeffrey would play Patsy. For CHris Hoch only began in October. His contract couldn't be that short.

But Hoch is no longer in the cast. That's one of the points I'm trying to break. McGrath recently left - he was in at the beginning of January when I saw the sign (in passing).
Isn't Mike going to be in the Encores "Follies" production? (At least I hope it's him!)
I just find this so odd. I wish they made more announcements about the cast changes for Spamalot. Well I am seeing Spamalot for Kid's night and you can expect a full review of the new performers.

Mamie - Yes, he is.

Yeah, Chris Hoch definitely isn't in the cast anymore - at least, not as Lancelot. Rick Holmes (tour Lancelot) replaced him, along with Tom Deckman (tour Prince Herbert). I have no idea what to make of Chris Hoch standing in for Jeffrey. Please report back with details, wickedfanatic.

TOM DECKMAN ROCKS!
he is amazingly talented, funny, smart, an all around great performer.
also one of my best friends but i'm not biased truly!
go see him as prince herbert. he is great!
Ok i can deal with Rick Holmes as Lacelot. Saw him in Cabaret. He was really good.
Heres something from a review I just read about Rick Holmes. He sounds great.
"Rick Holmes lands the coveted Hank Azaria-originated roles of Lancelot, The French Taunter, Tim the enchanter, and many more - and walks away with some of the heartiest laughs (The French Taunter will ALWAYS get entrance applause!) His 'Knights who say Ni' riff was hysterical (something about 'Dont you wish your girlfriend was a freak like me?'...'Aint no Hollaback girl.')"
I see this on Saturday, can't wait!

Tom and Rick are absolutely hilarious in their roles. They've both really made the roles their own. I saw them at their third performance on tour in Boston, and seeing them almost a year later really showed me how much they've grown in the roles.
You are correct Rick Holmes is Lancelot. My Aunt just confirmed.
