I've been doing a metric tonne of research, read a number of Larry Hart and Richard Rodgers biographies and continue to be baffled by the role Doc Bender plays in the whole affair. Does anyone (in any long chance in hell) have any other reference of his life or what happened to him. Even so much as a photograph?
