Mimi Costume for Halloween

Hey guys,
I'm going to be Mimi Marquez for Halloween and I have every element of the costume EXCEPT the big one: The Blue Pants

Now I have searched high and low for these bad babies: thrift stores, S&M clothes stores (they've had them in pink, black and red, but no blue), I was even desprerate enough to check out Target, but no dice
I have one backup pair I'm bidding on at eBay, but I think they're going to be too big
Any advice?

The best bet is to make them yourself, or have someone make them for you. They are made from silver hologram blue lurex with a black vinyl waist band. If you want to be completely authentic, add the hidden pocket on the inside front of the waist band to keep your "stash".

Good luck and post pictures when your costume is complete!

Go to a sex shoppe and look for the liquid latex that you paint on your body.

I'm sorry, but I find it hysterical that you actually checked out S&M stores.

How authentic do you want them? You could probably find something similar at like Modell's or Sports Authority.

I've wanted to do this for years and now with the movie coming out, and my turning of "legal" age, it just seemed like it's all finally coming together

I was mimi for halloween one year...totally handmade costume, if you want to see a picture let me know, for the pants, i took my grey spandex and found bright blue paint that you could spray out of a bottle, and then sprayed glitter over that inexpensive and it looked pretty cool...only a one night costume though, it kinda fell apart, but looked great to begin with...good luck!!
