Miss Saigon/Groundhog Day/Hello Dolly Rush announcements?

Does anyone know when they're going to announce rush for Miss Saigon, Groundhog Day, and Hello Dolly? I can only afford one Broadway show (which will be Anastasia in April), but I have a meeting in NYC in March, so I'm hoping to get rush for one of the musicals I say above?

Most likely won't be announced until the day of/day before previews begin. They usually aren't announced far in advance at all.

I wouldn't expect much for Hello, Dolly! 

The other two I'd expect to see either the week of/day of previews or even after opening depending on how they are selling. I'd guess an online lotto for Groundhog Day and rush for Saigon.

Just to second that, I believe Saigon had some sort of rush in London

Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if there was nothing for Dolly.

The Shubert has standing room, which we can hope they'll sell for Dolly. Nevertheless, I'm glad I bought my tickets the day they went on sale.
