Have anyone else seen this? I just watched it. Beautifully designed, although I won't lie about the fact that seeing everyone portrayed by white people threw me off a little. I've also never seen that much boob in a musical before.
I'd love to hear what others have thought.

Posted: 8/8/12 at 1:03pmYay! I can't wait to hear what people think. I am not trying to imply that its the greatest thing ever or even the best production of this show. But it was just so odd and exciting to be watching a foreign production of it.

I think it's fun to see what other countries do with some of these shows. I really like the sets on this one. The costumes are kind of odd and out of place in some areas.
What I was not prepared for was a 5 + minute curtain call. Good lord! And the audiences clapped in unison the whole time. And there was no music. Just EVERYONE getting three or more bows. Insane...LOL!!!!!

Posted: 8/9/12 at 8:13amThanks for the link. So much of this production was well staged and beautifully designed but the helicopter was horribly underwhelming. It reminded me of something out of a theme park show, it just lowered Chris got on and went back up. It just felt like another set piece as opposed to a climatic effect. I loved It's Her Or Me here. That song has the worst lyrics I've ever heard in a broadway show. It's deffinately a better song when you can't understand what Helen's saying.
