Does anyone know when Mitchell Jarvis will be on Law and Order? I don't normally watch the show...but would to see him.
Thanks

Ibdb.com says it's L&O:SVU. Season 9, episode 6, titled Svengali.
Disclaimer: The link below is to surfthechannel.com, which isn't always accurate, doesn't always work and sometimes features annoying ads at the top of (though not during), the show, though. Anyway, if you can't access there, at least you now know which episode you're looking for. Good luck.

I think Sally meant which episode he is going to be on THIS season (though I didn't know he was on an episode before, thanks ghostlight!)
"TVGuide.com has confirmed that Jarvis will be in the fifth episode, titled "Hardwired." Jarvis plays Coach Simmons, a combination of "muscles and mustache with a twist of creepy," casting director Jonathan Strauss told TVGuide."

Thanks everyone! And thanks Ghost, didn't know he was on an earlier one. I'll have to catch it.

Well, you're welcome, and sorry to misunderstand. The earlier SVU ep Jarvis appeared in may be of the "blink and you'll miss him" variety.
I'm not a huge L&O fan either, but it will be a sad day when the franchise goes, as it's employed so many Broadway actors. There's a great thread somewhere on this board about it, but I don't have time to find it right now. I do know that Michael Mulharen had a semi-regular role, as did Roger Bart and a few others. Karen Ziemba has been on all three L&O's, as has Michael Berresse (the latest last month, I think), and I'm sure others have as well.

Damn! I just got home & I think I missed it :0(
God I enjoy that man.
UGH! on the same time as glee =[
Think itll be online?
For those who may have missed Mitchell Jarvis on Law and Order: SVU last night, the episode is called "Hardwired" and the major name guest star is Rosie Perez. I believe you can catch it on NBC.com.
After seeing this episode, it reaffirms why I don't watch it. Just way too dramatic and implausible for a show that's attempting at real and gritty.
Anyway Mitch is on in the very first part and that's it. He does a good job in a choke hold, that's about all I can recall.
ALSO,
Speaking of implausible and dramatic plotlines... Fellow ROA star Tom Lenk had a tiny part in the show Nip/Tuck, which aired last night as well. It's an even smaller role than Mitch's, but lighter as befits Mr. Lenk. I had never seen the show before and watched the entire episode. ...wow this had a lot of weird stuff crammed into it. I thought it was over the top and interesting, probably a hallmark of the series.

He played a gym teacher who had a previous record for child molestation and was a suspect in their case. He was on for no longer than 10 minutes, I would guesstimate.
