I guess CMIYC is being put on the back burner?
and seriously, I think he enjoys working with the same crowd every time...

Remind me to work with Jerry Mitchell.
He really takes care of people he knows!

With Clay Aiken in Spamalot, all of Broadway is singing a collective "There! Right! There!" -Me-
"Not Barker, Todd is the only person I've ever known who could imitate Katherine Hepburn...in print." -nmartin-

Here's the late Nancy LaMott singing the big eleven o'clock torch song from the second act of Going Hollywood.
In the 1983 workshop, it was sung by Christine Ebersole. In this reading it will be performed by Leslie Kritzer.

Posted: 4/17/08 at 12:15amThis sounds like a wonderful idea for musicalization. Always thought the source material was a bit similar to SINGING IN THE RAIN, but that was cinematic piece and perhaps this one could be a bit more theatrically oriented. With Jerry Mitchell at the help I am sure it will be.

Posted: 5/6/08 at 4:48amPJ, who played Ebersole's current role (Helen) in the workshop you saw back in the 80s? Is it a bigger role than May? I am not familiar with the play at all so I'm just wondering.
