Two parts during Rent:
I'll Cover You (Reprise) - when the rest of the cast joins Collins
Goodbye Love - the line "I'd be happy to die for a piece of what Angel had".
I've seen the show twice (the first time completely cold to the show), and the same spots got me both times. My first viewing of the movie also got the same reaction.
I actually never saw TL5Y (seeing it in March), but on the cast recording..."Goodbye Until Tomorrow/I Could Never Rescue You".
It's heartbreaking that Cathy is singing with so much excitement and hope, and Jamie is saying goodbye to her with sadness and disappointment.
Brilliant.
- "I know the truth" in AIDA. Possibly one of the most heartbreaking things I've seen on stage. Amneris has tried to win Radames back and on the eve of their wedding, she finds out he's in love with another woman. It just tore me up to see her helpless and getting dressed into that beautiful gown and knowing she was so sad.
- "I'll Cover You" (reprise) had me bawling when I saw it. Especially love the light on Angel's empty spot in the SOL line.
- "Fable" in LIGHT IN THE PIAZZA. It's so bitersweet and I adore Margaret's character ever more in this number. Vickey is a gem!
- First time hearing "Defying Gravity". Cliche, but there I was, July 2003, *illegally* listening to the last part of the number (the flight) and crying. Not only did this number give a whole new dimension to the character, but it gave me something I could remember if ever I felt down. Okay. Done being stupid.
- "Rose's Turn" in GYPSY. Depends on who does it but if it's done right, I might start crying.
When Elphaba enters during Dancing Through Life and then after a while Galinda dances with her.
That gets me everytime. And also anything that Maria Friednman sings, I fell so madly in love with her voice.

Kevinoes, my moments are very similiar to yours (e.g. "I Know the Truth" and "ICY: R"). I'm not a Wicked fan by any means and the only song I do like from that show is "Defying Gravity," but I teared up a bit after hearing it for the first time. It was probably the mentality I was in at the time more than anything. (I know, I know, cliche and stupid.)
"A Little Fall of Rain" gets me every time as well.
W;T at the Alley Theatre had me BAWLING hysterically!

"Slipping Through my FIngers" from Mamma Mia!--sad but true.
"Fable" in Piazza...I lost it at the very last line
"Days of Plenty" during Little Women...Maureen McGovern's voice was just heartbreaking. ("Some Things Are Meant to Be" makes me cry on the recording but not live, oddly enough.)
The song "Bare" from the musical "bare".
The finale of POTO.
"The I Love You Song" from Spelling Bee.
Most of the second act of Ragtime...especially "Make Them Hear You".
Numerous moments in Les Mis...especially the finale.
The finale of Titanic.
And yes, I'll admit, I cried the first time I saw "Defying Gravity" live.

When Frankie Valli's daughter dies in Jersey Boys. I'm not really that emotional, but this part had me crying.
