i will be in NYC the middle of Oct- any shows worth seeing (on or Off Broadway)?

On Monday nights, Phantom, Spring Awakening, Chicago, and Amazing Grace are open. Of those shows, I would say that Spring Awakening would be my number one choice. Chicago and Phantom are great, too. Amazing Grace is supposed to be awful.
If you aren't talking about Monday nights exclusively, I'd try to get tickets for Hamilton. If not, The Book of Mormon, A Gentleman's Guide to Love & Murder, and Something Rotten are all very funny. If you're looking for a good old cry, I'd say Finding Neverland, Fun Home, Curious Incident, and Wicked are all amazing. I hope that was helpful!

Someone just mentioned this on a similar thread, but if none of the Broadway shows showing on Monday nights interest you, check out Sleep No More. It's like nothing you've ever experienced before. Plus, you could do it over and over and over again and have a completely different experience each time. (Yes, I said "do" not "see" because I can't even say I "saw" Sleep no More--I experienced Sleep No More.)
I LOVED it and can't wait to go back in December. I'm telling everyone I know who lives in or is visiting NY to go!
