Money back on tickets?

Question. If you've bought tickets for a show on Broadway in advance on Ticketmaster, and the show closes before you see it, does anyone know if there's a procedure to go through to get your money back? I bought tickets to La Cage Aux Folles for my trip to New York and August, and now that it's closing on the 26th I was wondering if there was any way to get my money back.

Because damn, $100 is a lot.

I went through that with Bare. They'll contact you and ask you to send your tickets back to them. Then they'll credit you for the money you lost.

they ussally set up ahead of time when the play will close and dont sell tickets for after it closes
