Can anyone tell me if this song was included in the original cast of Cabaret or if it was added for the revival with Alan Cumming?

It was written especially for the movie and then added into the 1998 revival. It was not in the original production.

"Sitting Pretty" a money-ish song was included in the Joel Grey OBCR..

If I recall correctly, Sitting Pretty is in the script and Money (and two other songs, I can't recall at this second) come in an extra song book that you can add to the show. (My high school did the show last spring.)

oy...in a community theatre show I did a few years ago, we weezled this song into our production of "a christmas carol" it was truly interesting...
