Tom Aldredge, Danny Burstein, Dana Ivey, Jan Maxwell, John McMartin, Estelle Parsons and George C. Scott. 5 nominations, 0 wins.

I find it weirdly interesting that Aldredge and McMartin both were the ITW Narrator on Broadway and that Burstein/Maxwell were both part of the same leading quartet in Follies.

Raul Esparza has the distinction of having been nominated for all 4 male acting categories without winning.

Best Actor (Play): Speed the Plow
Best Featured Actor (Musical): Taboo
