I have to agree with most of OperaBroadwayLover's choices, especially The costumes for Cats. I also truly covet Glinda's blue dress (and awesome tiara!) from the beginning/end of Wicked. Another outfit I'd love to have the chance to wear onstage is Musetta's red dress and bonnet in the Metropolitan Opera's Zeffirelli production of La Boheme! and Evita's white dress from the Don't Cry for me Argentina scene!

Wow, couldn't agree less with those who don't like the Chicago revival costumes or find them pointless. The costumes are ingenious and spot on, crystalizing the spirit of the show and its 20s setting through a 90s lens, perfectly suit the Brechtian vaudeville of the libretto and score. And they accomplish all that with stunning edge and vibrant sexy glamour. They're exquisite.
