1) being the only non-african-american at Color Purple - in Oct 2006 - when she sings "but I'm here" it was like being at church - amen's - ahuhs - etc -

2) closing night of Titanic - March 99

3) bringing my son and wife to their first and only b-way show - Music Man - July 2000 - during the finale and they were all playing trombones - my athletic son was moved to tears -
