Movin' Out Euro tour collapses?

Cast members apparently had their contracts cancelled with effect 23 May. West End run now cut short and the whole tour pulled. Bit of a shock!

I am curious if this has anything to do with the pending lawsuit aginst the american tour.

The West End run has been pulled because there simply isn't the audience to fill the 2,200 seats night after night. The reviews weren't stellar, and with Avenue Q, Evita, Wicked, Spamalot and the Sound of Music opening in the coming months, it was unlikely to pick up over the summer.

It has nothing to do with the lawsuit. The show just isn't selling in the West End.
