Though she has a case, is her overweight complaint really going to hold up? Isn't it in a lot of contracts that if your physical appearance changes, you will be fired?

Having worked for a ballet company, I can vouch that the issues she addresses are NOT unusual, sadly. The only thing unusual is someone standing up and complaining about them. I wish her much luck.

I actually read the WHOLE brief, when I have a stack of policy papers I need to read for school.

It fascinated me to see a look in a different side of the dance/musical world. I wish her the best of luck as well. We need to stop the anorexic look onstage and encourage a realistic image of women onstage. And sexual harassment is NEVER ok!
