"It's actually getting worse. I had a 104 something fever in the middle of the night, so I went to the doctor this morning. I got tested for mono."
Oh geez, walk it off. :)
Anyway, Thanks for the review Munk! Ironically I got my tickets in the mail today for All Shook Up. After hearing positive reviews from you and Matt_G (both of you are pretty critical of shows) it is making me feel so much better and more excited.

Matt: I didn't really notice any "power surges," except when Chad magically get the jukebox working by just touching it, which was lame. The only other time anything like that happens is at the fairgrounds when the lights keep coming on - it was cute, but not distracting.
I forgot to mention the first big number, which I thought was an excellent way to start the show. Not Natalie's boring, pointless "Love Me Tender" (which lasts for about 5 seconds,) but "C'mon Everybody" where Chad sings to the town and the town changes from boring grays and blacks to bright blues and pinks and greens - it was very well done. The finale (which I also forgot to mention,) Burning Love, is this show's "You Can't Stop the Beat." It has this driving sound to it that just gets more and more exciting - definitely Elvis' "You Can't Stop the Beat." It really is a feel good show, which I usually hate, but this one got me hooked.

Great, however, I will sit there having flashbacks of my dance school - which we used this song to warm up to for tap - EVERY WEEK. I don't know what I will do!

"Hahah it sounds different on Broadway - all the music now has a sense of classical musical theatre to it - it's great."
I hope so. Otherwise more flashbacks will come, blue eye shadow, tacky costumes. *shudders*
Dammit, that was a waste of 5 years of therapy...
