Broadway has become the domain of tired revivals instead of inspired new musicals. Michael Bennett was very much against what he called 'museum theatre'. I could not agree more. Broadway is a graveyard.

a tad harsh are we? Broadway has its good and bad. That doesn't make it a graveyard. Performances with 'live' poeple happen every night and thats what makes it Broadway. Its live entertainment. Agian, I reiterate, you take the good/okay/bad all with a grain of salt. Find a form of theater you enjoy (on or off-broadway) and cherish it. Thats what Broadway is all about.
I've seen some good shows, okay shows, bad shows and great shows! Seeing those you might not like, makes you appreciate the great ones!
