I am writing from the US and will be visiting London in the spring. I would like to attend an evening of authentic Music Hall during my stay along the lines of Tessie O'Shea, Stanley Holloway, etc. and understand such venues as Hackney Empire, Hoxton Hall, Players Theatre and Wilkins Music Hall offer such entertainment. May I call upon our London friends for their recommendations as to which would provide the most authentic experience? Any other suggestions on this topic would also be greatly appreciated.
