I need suggestions for a musical theatre quarter for two baritones/basses, but one tenor would work as well, and two mezzo-sopranos that can sing alto and soprano as well. It is for a Thespian IE. Thanks!

quartet from chess is 3 men and one woman so that wouldn't work.
Listen to Ghost Quartet! it's 2 men and 2 woman throughout much of the show.

The entire score of JACQUES BREL IS ALIVE AND WELL... is arranged for a quartet, two men and two women. The songs weren't originally theatre songs but the vocal arrangement is stellar.
What about the counterpoint quartet from FOLLIES "You're Gonna Love Tomorrow / Love Will See Us Through?" Not sure what the actual vocal types are but thats another two men two women.

There are quartets for men and women - "Remember" - in "A Little Night Music". (Edit...oops...I just relistened to these songs. They are actually quintets.)

"Dear One" from Kiss of the Spiderwoman is stunning quartet between two men and two women that I think you can make fit your required voice parts. It's a very beautiful song sung by two male characters in prison who are dreaming of their women on the outside (one his lover, the other his mother).

Not sure if it fits your specified vocal ranges but "Without love" from Hairspray features two men and two women.

Quartet (Model of Decorum ) from CHESS wont work as its only one female vocal...
How about Tunnel of Love from SIDESHOW?
