I am visiting NYC in November and am booking theater tickets now. I have seen everything from prior seasons (except If/Then) and am looking at all new season productions.
Lots of plays have been booked (Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night Time - You Cant Take it With You - The River - A Delicate Balance) and plan on booking more (Real Thing - Disgraced - It's Only a Play).
Want to add in some musicals - and it looks like I have The Last Ship - Honeymoon in Vegas - Side Show to choose from. I am thinking I should see all three, early in their runs.
Anyone have an opinion? (LOL - I know that was a loaded question)

I guess if you can see all 3 --- see them! All 3 are VERY different and all 3 have their reasons to be seen. It's amazing all the plays and play revivals that are opening for the fall. A great season for plays, as you know. And not as many musicals but such a variety!

Last season was the first where I saw absolutely everything on Broadway and though I saw a lot more crap than any other season, it was an excellent feeling to have seen so many shows and I love going to see something that I've never seen before.
