Where is the alley located?
You can actually see into the Broadhurst?

Posted: 10/7/06 at 12:11amthere's a small common alley that is shared by our theatre, the Broadhurst (which is the sister theatre to the Schoenfeld) and the Booth. it is the same alley that you wind up in if you use the exits near the sound booth. you can't usually see into the other theatres, but every now and then a door will be ajar early in the evening if the house is dark or loading in. I caught a quick glimpse today of what will become the LES MIS set and it was quite exciting for me, having been raised on that show.

re: My ACL Opening Night Review#31
Posted: 10/7/06 at 12:34amI think so. The Jacobs and Golden definitely, and I'm 99% sure that the Majestic is the 3rd theatre in that group. I just remember getting extremely lost back there when I subbed one performance of the Julia Roberts event.

Posted: 10/7/06 at 12:39amDid Julia Roberts use the stage door where the three theaters share?
re: My ACL Opening Night Review#34
Posted: 10/7/06 at 12:47amto the best of my memory, she would usually exit out of that 2-theatre stage door. as I mentioned, I only worked there once. but during CAINE MUTINY I recall habitually getting out of the theatre and finding massive crowds and police barricades set up next door to accomodate Ms. Roberts' leaving the theatre. it was pretty insane.
