Today was my lucky day! I will tell you all why. I've been trying to get ahold of lots of musicals in vinyl form to put on my dorm walls at school...I managed to dig Godspell out of a HUGE jumbled collection at a thrift store for $1.00 but other than that I had been having serious trouble finding cheap stuff...I went to Colony and found lots of good stuff....for ridiculous prices of $50 per record! WELL...today, I was walking around downtown Newark, Delaware waiting to go to a babysitting job, when I stumbled into this music store...with records...turns out they had a WHOLE soundtracks/musicals section and I got over 15 showtunes for $30!!! INCLUDING the out-of-print Guys and Dolls record that was priced at $50 at Colony! I was so happy! I had the biggest smile on my face all day. I'm going to have the coolest dorm EVER! Just thoguht I'd share...!
It is fun to decorate Broadway.
