"My Second Cousin" sheet music?

Hey, guys! I'm desperately searching for the sheet music to "My Second Cousin" by Gary Adler & Phoebe Kreutz. John Tartaglia sings it all the time, and there's a plethora of videos on YouTube to prove it. lol

I have a big audition on Monday, so I'm looking for it fast. I used to have a hard copy, but lost it a few weeks ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys!
