Back in the good ol Jerzee...my school friends and I would always play the "My Theatre Family" game. Basically you outline your family tree as it would be if you were related to people on Broadway...don't go too overboard...no farther than cousins...2nd and third cousins is a bit too in depth...LOL.
Mine is:
Married to: Barrett Foa
Mother: Bernadette Peters
Father: Nathan Lane
Brothers: John Tartaglia, Joe Machota
Sisters: Kristin Chenoweth, Sherie Renee Scott, Kate Reinders
Aunts: Joanna Gleason, Megan Mullally
Uncles: Harvey Fierstein, Matthew Broderick
Cousins: Jai Rodriguez, Hunter Foster, Gavin Creel, Laura Benanti, Jen Barnhart
Grandparents: Shirl Bernheim, Polly Bergen, Dick Latessa, Joel Grey

2. Great buckets of Spoffnor, they're going to sing!
3. "I love shrubs that are historical." -Johnny and The Sprites
4. "We're not singing it to you, we're singing it for us." -Rosario Dawson, about La Vie Boheme
5. "The best moments in reading are when you come across something - a thought, a feeling, a way of looking at things - which you had thought special and particular to you. And now, here it is, set down by someone else, a person you have never met, someone even who is long dead. And it is as if a hand has come out, and taken yours." -The History Boys
6. "Pass the parcel. That's sometimes all you can do. Take it, feel it and pass it on. Not for me, not for you, but for someone, somewhere, one day. Pass it on, boys. That's the game I want you to learn. Pass it on." -The History Boys

Obviously, I'd be married to Adam Pascal. Or Raúl Esparza. I'm sorry, I can't be expected to make that decision at the moment.
Brother - John Tartaglia, Norbert Leo Butz
Sister - Sutton Foster
Mother - Julie Andrews!
Father - um... Stokes? He's not quite old enough, but we can forget that part.
Cousins on some capacity - Kristin Chenoweth, Gavin Creel and Cheyenne Jackson.

And you know I'm insane.
Your icon, on the other hand, is true brilliance.

That's kinda what I was thinking, munkus.
You feeling okay, emcee?
You do realize that if Cheyenne was your cousin then it would be inappropriate to do...stuff...
This thread is just a little too...

Nah, I've never really had any inappropriate thoughts toward Cheyenne. Yes, he's beautiful, but I've never thought of him in the way I do say... oh, that guy he understudied over the summer.
And no, I'm sick. Blame the lack of sanity on the illness. *sneezes*

It seems that all of the family people have the same brother (John Tartaglia). If you all have the same brother, shouldn't you all be siblings and at least have the same mother and father? Just some realism here.
Munk- Love the new icon.
Also- I think this thread also screams for some "gimme some lovin/attention" but hey, thats only my opinion.

Rags, no offense. But after seeing some of your posts you don't seem to have a very valued/welcomed opinion here. I'm sorry but you're acting as if you're not a newbie, which you are.
And how is this thread insane? I don't think anyone here thinks they're actually related to these people? I think it's a fun harmless thing to do. There are plenty of insane things on this board, but this isn't one of them.

It's not insane.
Just kinda weird in a funny way.
And, in emcee's case, immensely predictable.

I'm proud of my predictability?
No, I don't think that gets me out of this... :-P

GreatWhiteWAY- If my computer serves me correctly, it seems to me that you are much newer than I am. You seemed to have joined 1/18/05 while I joined 12/19/05.
I'm sorry but you have no right to judge me in ways I have never treated you wrong. If you feel like I treated someone else with disrespect in another thread of something else, please do show me because as I see, I have not been rude, or nasty to anyone who did not make fun of me to begin with.
And with the Avenue Q thread- I was 100% sticking up for you and saying you were correct about Rod and Nicky and I even put in quotes from the show that proved this. I do not think I should be looked at in such a way, especially by a person whom I've stood up for and possibly has not seen the 'whole true picture' in the other threads you read.
