So last night my aunt and I went to the evening performance of Gypsy. I bought student rush tickets in advance and we were in Center Balcony Row E Seats 105 and 106. Suprisingly, the view wasn't that bad. The only problem was you couldn't see facial expressions.
Hands down, this is amazing. It was an honor to get to see Ms. LuPone's performance as Mamma Rose. She was amazing and gave me goosebumps throughout the entire show. Of course she got a standing ovation after "Rose's Turn" and "Everything's Coming Up Roses" was phenomenal. She blew me away and I plan on seeing this show again very soon.
