I was challenged to make NFL picks for week 5 based on Broadway shows. That was mighty tough, but I thought some of you might enjoy it. I couldn't come up with a show for every NFL team, but I'm sure you guys can come up with the ones I missed.

I know it's silly. And now my friends are telling me that the obvious choice for Grenbay would have been Wicked. Duh.

Very well done. I know nothing about football (and many here say I know nothing about theatre as well), but I'll try to fill in two blanks.

Rams- "June Is Bustin' Out All Over" gives us the lyric, "all the rams that chase the ewe-sheep"
Cardinals - "The Cardinal's Guard Are We" is a ditty from The Girl in Pink Tights, a song and score that every football fan is bound to love. I know I certainly do!
