Word. I am not a dancer, I go to UArts, and if I am "book smart," my grades certainly don't reflect it. To put it nicely, UArts doesn't tend to take people who are just shy of being clueless. However, they also don't tend to factor in your GPA above your level of talent. There are plenty of people who go here who wouldn't have gotten into schools like UMich or CCM based on their GPAs, and that's fine because that's the way those schools are run. But I assure you that the university's main priority is to turn out choice talent in the various areas and skills we teach here. And as long as the students apply themselves, that happens.
I've heard that BOCO doesn't have a dance audition for the Musical Theatre Major. Someone please correct me if I have been misinformed :)

BoCo does have a dance call for their program... Ummm but really though... if you can convince the auditors at your auditions that you will not need to dance(because your singing/acting skills are so strong) then you should have nothing to worry about.
