You know, I try to stay open-minded and optimistic about new theatre projects, and there's a potential this one could be charming based on the plot description, but.. Uff-da.

The NOW records mean something different in the UK than they do in America; to us, they were nothing more than the modern version of KTEL as seen on TV compilations, but in the UK they carry almost the same level of cultural import as the golden age of MTV does here. Nobody over here is nostalgic for the days of "five tracks pop, five tracks hip-hop, five tracks rock, three tracks country, two tracks alternative" every three months. (Although Now 8 is a great middle-school nostalgia mix.)
