NY Funny/ScArY Stories?

By scary, I just mean things that have creeped you out. Last time I was NY, I was almost convinced that I don't want to move there...because of these things that happened... (This was in March).

WARNING-THESE STORIES ARE NOT...VERY NICE. IF YOU HAVE A VERY WEAK STOMACH, LOOK ELSEWHERE. IF NOT, enjoy:

-My mom and I had just visited ground zero...having a time of reflection and as we were walking to the subway, everyone is hurrying off of one (before it even leaves) and there is still a woman on the subway...she throws out a bag with something in it. My mom and I had no idea what was in it. I figured maybe it was a dead rat or something..but then we later found out the woman...needed to use the restroom and she bagged herself. I was gagging on my way back to the hotel..

-I was using the restroom in Rockefeller (sp) Center and in the stall next to me, a man walks in and starts yelling, "MAN! WHAT THE F*CK?! It's called a COURTESY FLUSH!" He continued on about how bad it smelled and how gross it was. He went off an complained to people who didn't work there. Needless to say, I left as fast as I could...

Any funny/creepy NY stories?

When I was young I was in NYC (I was 13) and I was hiton by a woman. She asked me if she could take me up to her room and spank me. I have always looked older than my age. Needless to say I freaked out and ran up to my room asap.

About 30 years ago, my mom was mugged right by Central Park. She and her friends went to the police and were asked if they wanted to do a "chase." They said sure and as they were driving along, the policeman goes "Hey, there's Woody Allen! Do you ladies want to meet him?" My mom and her friends said yes,a nd the policeman went up to Woody and said "Woody, these girls just got mugged. " He said "Oh, that's too bad. Did you catch the guys who did it?" The policeman said "No, they just took the money and ran."

I don't have any stories. I just have to tell Parks that I love that kind of orange juice.

While we were in NYC a month ago, the bus driver was waiting somewhere (in the bus), and a hooker was going along to each bus. Of course, no one opened the bus doors. When our bus driver refused, she lifted up her skirt and pissed on the sidewalk.

Uh, yeah. Glad I wasn't there to witness that. I probably would've died laughing.

I was talking on my cell phone, and someone came up to me, making fun of my Red Sox hat that I was wearing.

Guess I got the better of that situation. Ha!

ETA: I thought of another. Same trip, next day. My friend and I were walking down the street, through Times Square. Up ahead, we saw all sorts of police cars. As we approach, there were five cops or so surrounding this man. The man was holding a small alligator, had a large snake around his neck, and a huge bird perched on the handle of his backpack (it was a situation where you NEED a camera). We were ushered along the street, stopping a little ways down to watch. The cops let the guy go (he wasn't doing anything, just making a spectacle of himself), and he came walking in out direction. My friend walked right into his path, took his picture, then kept walking. Luckily, the crazy animal man didnt notice, and didn't do anything. Very humorous.

re: NY Funny/ScArY Stories?

Here we go...I almost forgot this one. My school was very smart and decided to book a walking tour of Harlem for us. As we were walking we came across a knife with what lloked like a little blood on it laying on the side walk. We walked around it and were told by our tour guide to just ignore it. On the news that night we found out that there were like 3 attacks in about a one block area of where we were...talk about scary.

and for funny...
I was walking through Times Square and you know those big sidewalk vents? well it was at night and I didn't see them til my heel got caught in one and the d@mn things came on...and yes I was in a dress. Talk about embarassing

When we went back to NYC a few years ago, my dad and I were trying to find a parking space and as we drove around, I saw an enourmous fat guy--with no shirt--just a-sittin' on the sidewalk. I was...surprised, to say the least.
Then later, I noticed what looked like blood in the gutter outside the McDonald's in Times Square.
