NYC Tony Awards Watch Parties

I'm trying to make a list of possible viewing parties for the Tonys this year, so would appreciate any help if people know of others!  So far I have:

• 54 Below - price includes 3 course prix fixe menu
• Seth Rudetsky's Tony Watch Party - at the Triad Theater (2 drink minimum)
• Stonewall Inn - with performances by guest stars
• 230 Fifth rooftop - tickets include cup of popcorn, indoor viewing

Also, for most of these the listed show time is 7pm, but it seems like the pre-show actually starts at 6:30.  I guess a lot regarding the Tonys is still up in the air, but do we know if anything is actually happening in that first half hour?
