A new Performing Arts Center in White Plains NY opened it's doors with a Gala this weekend. A special Broadway Concert will be held tonight (Mon.11/10 7:pm ) with Broadway guest performers, Robert Cucciolo, Felicia Finley, Rita Harvey, Craig Schulman .. and many more.
