Bartlett Sher. Bart hasn't directed a Broadway musical yet, but he has one coming into town this season: THE LIGHT IN THE PIAZZA, and his work is stunning.
Daisy Prince. Although Daisy would seem to have the best connections in the world, her dad can't get her a job on Broadway. But she made SONGS FOR A NEW WORLD shine.
Jay Berkow. An unknown, but his work on a revised version of THE RINK at MTW a couple years ago showed immense promise.

Scott Alan- "Piece" is one of the most amazing shows i've ever seen. He's so young, but already puts show much maturity and beauty into his work.
