Anyone listen to Sirius Sattelite Radio channel 77 (Broadway's Best) like I do? Well, as you would probably know, if you said yes, Seth Rudetsky is the evening DJ. Sometimes he would have cheesy introductions to some segments to the tunes of Broadway songs, like these:

(to the tune of "One" from Chorus Line)
One...number's all you need/To call me and I'll play your song.

(to the tune of "Make Someone Happy" from Do-Re-Mi)
Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaake a re-que-hest./Just make a Broadway re-que-hest.

But here's one I'm stumped on. Can anyone name the song he's parodying here?:

or sometimes
"What should I avoid?/With it I want destroyed!/Oh, what am I annoyed with todaaaaaaaaay?"

P.S. I love the ahmaaaazing Seth Rudetsky.

though, it's hard to name a tune when you're not actually hearing it.

That's what someone else said on another forum. But that's not the song. It has a bit of a slower tempo than "Underwear." (Thank God I don't have to type the damn full title.)

Without hearing the tune, and looking at the way your typing it...

...I would guess "It's Today!" from Mame.
