National Tour auditions

Is there a site that lists National Tour auditions? Thanks

re: National Tour auditions

For equity open calls, you can go to the equity website, for non-eq, you can go to backstage online, but you need to subscribe.

re: National Tour auditions

If I'm not mistaken, I think the equity site will also list auditions that are accepting non-union actors (i.e. the current Aida tour).

uh...seeing that equity has constantly been trying to get the non-union bootleg tours shutdown - I doubt they'd be advertising auditions for them on their website. Actually, I don't doubt - they don't.

breakneckspeed, what Tiff probably meant was that Equity advertises auditions where they'll also see non-Eq actors if time permits.

re: National Tour auditions

Non-union tours are not "bootlegs". They've been around for years and there is nothing illegal about them.

re: National Tour auditions

Equity DOES NOT post non-eq auditions - EVER. It's the EQUITY website. ALL equity auditions will see non-eqs if time permits. Usually, time doesn't permit though.
