Hi! I was wondering if you had posted anything about the stage door at Mary Poppins? It seems like you are the go to guy about stage dooring, what is the quickest way to get there?


Answer: I dont think there's a quickest way since the stage door is at the back of the theater. Here's the directions: As you EXIT the theater turn RIGHT immediately on 42nd ST.-turn RIGHT on 7th Avenue then turn RIGHT again on 41st Street. The stage door is infront of Nederlander Theater (where RENT is playing) so its 3 RIGHT!~easy to remember! You would know its the stage door bec. there's a metal fence or barricade~that's the stage door! and there's a lot of people waiting.

huh- I always thought the quickest way answer was "cut thru the McDonald's next door." :)

The McDonald's in 42nd Street next to New Amsterdam has another door in 41st which means you can just go in at the McDonald's and exit at their 41st exit. Its also open 24 hours, so you should be all set!

Out the exit only doors is STILL faster than through McDonald's...

I will concede that if you go out the main entrance, the McDonald's vut through would be faster than going around the block. But if you can get out the other doors... :)
