New Amsterdam Theater Seating Recommendation

Hey guys,

I am buying tickets for Aladdin in May. I wanted to know which seats are better because they are the same price. Either Mezzanine row KK, or the second row of the balcony more to the side?

Any suggestions would be great!

are you sure, because wouldnt it be better to be on level with the stage rather than looking down?

I work at this theatre and I will say there isn't a bad seat in this theatre however the balcony is EXTREMELY steep and you will indeed be looking straight down. Row KK in the Mezz is a perfect place to see the show :)

will there be an overhang over the mezz row jj or kk?

We sat row FF in the mez and there was no overhang. not sure about row JJ, but nothing happens up you would need to worry about anyway. Actually nothing happens up at all so the over hang will not matter.

We saw it when Lion King opened. Sat way upstairs and saw fine plus get a great view of the gorgeous ceiling.
