This is from what I can see not true. It seem like a way for you to get credit for people clicking your link to help you win tickets to Hamilton. I could be wrong but from what I see that is what you are doing. BTW I did not click on the link.
I am not affiliated to this New theater site. An article about this is in today's New York Times.
You should do research before you make unwarranted accusations.
The link gets to the Home page. The 3rd box clearly indicates how to join the HAMILTON lottery
I thought our colleagues might be interested in another opportunity to get HAMILTON tickets.

You are not correct, the link you posted goes to a sign up page not the home page. SO you either set up the link to get people to sign up to get you credit to help you win the tickets or you copied a link that does the same thing for someone else. The home page is at www.show-score.com
Also, it is not a lottery as you state in your title. It is a contest to get you to do several things to increase you chances to win. Very deceiving if you ask me.

Here is the page with deets on the lottery, basically doing the same as other sites, using Hamilton to add members on their dime: http://www.show-score.com/contest

The way you enter the Hamilton lottery is to go to the theater 2 hours before curtain. Screw this.
Yeah, that is why the link is wonky. Basically, if you register after clicking his link, you would get another entry to win the Hamilton tickets.
Just like if you clicked my link:

I would get another entry. I think that clears it up, hehe.

Chef, don't get pissed when you post shady information and misleading information and you get called out on it. You posted a misleading headline and a link that will help you try to win Hamilton tickets. This is not a lottery it is a one time contest. If you would have been up front and stated hey there is a new website and here is a link to help me win tickets and you can sign up yourself, I would have had no issue. But you did it in a shady manner.
