New John Waters movie...

I know some of you guys are fans of Hairspray, so have you guys heard anything about 'A Dirty Shame'? I've never been disappointed by John Waters, and I doubt this movie will be any different. I just read this thing in the NYpost saying,
"A Dirty Shame,is O — morally offensive." "Almost non-stop rough, crude and profane language, full frontal nudity, sexual imagery, obscene gestures, scatological humor, casual portrayal and descriptions of deviant sexual practices, a glorification of freewheeling sex and some sacrilegious imagery." haha! That review is gold.

Anyways, heres a trailer...think it will out do his other classics?

Selma Blair was on Leno last night promoting this. They could only find one tiny, boring clip to show of it that was appropriate for television! Looks funny.

Sorry Kids! This played in TO @ the festival & I found it a waste of time. Sure a couple of things are funny but on the whole getting a bigger budget & access to more "mainstream" performers has confused Mr. Walters. The "Forces of repression"( Cld the Neuters) are just drab unhappy people. Whereby his "sexin" folks are just irrelevant. ( Selma Blair is Tracey Ullmans stripper daughter w a set of the world's biggest hooters) Tracey is Funny but doesn't have a lot to work w as a woman who gets hit in the head & turns into a nymphomanic & Chris Issak as her husband is wasted.
