Les Mis, A Chorus Line, High Fidelity, and Mary Poppins. Also curious about Legally Blonde. I'm excited for this season, it should be pretty good.
(finally TWO Boublil and Schonberg musicals on Broadway at once! The world is suddenly looking a little rosier)
Apparently you completely missed the 80s and 90s when MISS SAIGON and LES MISERABLES dominated Broadway in addition to those other two British blockbusters.
At this moment, I am most looking forward to THE PIRATE QUEEN.
Company, Company and Company!!!
Ok, also Chorus Line, High Fidelity, Mary Poppins (I saw it in London, and it's VERY good), Grey Gardens, and Les Miserables.
Ahh! so hard to choose it's looking like it's gonna be a great season. The ones that I'm really looking forward to:
The Times They Are A-Changin' - Can't wait to see Michael Arden kick serious ass!
110 in the Shade- Audra McDonald...'nuff said
Grey Gardens
Spring Awakening
Company
and I'm also looking forward to a bunch of the others too (Chorus Line, High Fidelitly, Pirate Queen) can't wait for the new season!
I am most excited about Curtains and The Pirate Queen

'Spring Awakening' and 'Grey Gardens' are a close second because I missed them.
Legally Blonde for the cast alone, High Fidelity because I'm dying to see how they turn that into a musical, and I'm really pumped for Pirate Queen. Updated On: 8/5/06 at 03:48 PM

Spring Awakening, I've never heard any of the music though, but it seems like something I would enjoy.
